STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP AND PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: THE MANAGER'S ROLE IN BUILDING PRODUCTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENTS

This article analyzes strategic leadership and people management as fundamental factors in building productive organizational environments. The research discusses the manager's role in motivating teams, developing skills, internal communication, and shaping organizational culture. Using a bibliographic and qualitative approach, the study shows that sustainable business results depend not only on financial and technological resources, but also on the ability to lead people in a coherent, ethical, and goal-oriented manner. It concludes that strategic leadership contributes to improving the organizational climate, reducing conflicts, increasing engagement, and aligning individual performance with collective goals.
