INDICATOR-DRIVEN EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT: ANALYSIS OF THE INDICATOR TREE AS A TOOL FOR THE 2026/2027 SCHOOL STRATEGIC PLANNING

This article presents an analysis of how institutional monitoring and the use of educational indicators contributed to the strategic planning of the Isaac Benzecry State Full-Time School in Manaus/AM. The study highlights the relevance of data-driven management to support pedagogical, administrative, and democratic decisions, strengthening school organization and improving the quality of education. Based on the analysis of the 2025 Indicator Tree, a positive overall performance was observed, with emphasis on the pedagogical and democratic-participatory dimensions, demonstrating systematic monitoring of school performance, development of socio-educational actions, strengthening of the participation of the school community, and consolidation of democratic management practices. The results also pointed to challenges related to performance in specific curricular components and the need to strengthen structural and organizational aspects of the school, supporting strategic actions for 2026/2027, such as academic reinforcement, pedagogical monitoring, reorganization of environments, and improvement of administrative routines. It is concluded that the systematic use of educational indicators favors more qualified decision-making, contributing to the strengthening of strategic planning, learning, and continuous improvement of public education.
