This article aimed to analyze the foundations of Education 5.0 and its implications for building an inclusive educational model, focusing on the articulation between technological innovation, participatory pedagogical practices, and equity in the learning process. It was based on the understanding that the mere presence of digital resources in educational institutions does not, by itself, ensure democratic and accessible education. The research was carried out through bibliographic review, using sources published between 2023 and 2025, selected based on criteria of recency, thematic relevance, and methodological rigor. The authors studied provided theoretical support to discuss three central axes: overcoming instructional models centered on content transmission, pedagogical use of technology in favor of accessibility, and the application of Project-Based Learning as a methodology that promotes inclusion. The analysis allowed the conclusion that Education 5.0 requires not only curriculum restructuring and continuous teacher training, but also institutional commitment to listening, valuing differences, and promoting educational justice. It was found that, although still incipient in the Brazilian context, this model represents a promising path for rethinking the social role of the school in the face of contemporary challenges.
