The possibilities of using the concept of fascism are discussed in this essay based on some aspects offered in classical studies on the subject. In order to do so, some aspects of the ideas developed by Leon Trotsky and William Reich have been discussed. This text also seeks to identify the elements of the concept within the current political and social situation that Brazil is going through.
