The COVID-19 pandemic has brought immeasurable impacts, disruption and losses. This terrible disease has been spreading devastatingly across the planet. A lethal and deadly virus, which unleashed a relentless war. COVID-19 results from the multidimensional crisis of civilization, mainly due to environmental destruction, ecosystemic imbalances and incapacity for health governance in the global and national context. The alternatives for reforms and transformations of the system go through policies of sustainable development and multilateral cooperation.
