This essay seeks to address the recent transformations in the world of work, especially from a discussion on the relationship between Economic Cycles and productive reorganization. Based on this, sociological literature is used in order to understand a relationship between Economic Cycles, labor uberization, technology and productive reorganization. In this way, a preliminary discussion of this relationship is systematized, seeking to bring an argumentative basis for a broader research, which will allow us to understand this phenomenon associated with the transformations in the political mobilizations of workers and a deepening of the recent aspects of the clashes between capital and labor.
