Abstract

The article constitutes an experience report about an intervention in Workers Health carried out in a Specific Supervised Internship in Psychology and Work, with workers of a Reference Center in Workers Health (CRST), equipment of the National Network of Integral Worker Health Care (RENAST), component of Unified National Health System (SUS). In view of the objective of identifying and receiving mental health demands from the workers of CRST, it was chosen the theoretical-methodological resources of Clinical Activity, specifically, the instruction to a double, which was used as a tool for psychological analysis of work, proposing an approximation mediated between the intervention participants and the real work that daily happens in the Center. During the interventions, sensitive topics that were not usually share, came to light, such as the interpersonals relationships, a feeling of discouragement, and demotivation due to dismantling of the equipment. The instruction to a double reveals itself as a useful tool to the purpose of mediating the relationship between workers and their work with the objective of activity transformation and health promotion.
