About the Journal

History

The Boletim de Conjuntura Journal was created and independently edited by Prof. Dr. Elói Martins Senhoras since December 2019, through the IOLE publishing house. As of December 2025, the journal will be edited by Seven Publications Company with the aim of professionalization, internationalization, and improvement of the journal’s indexing, while Prof. Dr. Elói Martins Senhoras remains as Editor-in-Chief and Editor Emeritus.

About the Journal

The Boletim de Conjuntura Journal (BOCA) (ISSN: 2675-1488) is a multidisciplinary journal with a monthly publication frequency, publishing scientific articles in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. The journal has significant academic relevance, ranking among the Top 19 journals on Google Scholar (h5-index).

In the most recent CAPES evaluation four-year period (2017–2020), the journal achieved a Qualis A1 classification and was recognized in the following fields of knowledge:

Article Processing Charges

The journal does not charge a submission fee for manuscripts. However, as it is an independent journal, a publication fee of R$ 1,500.00 is applied.

Archiving

This journal uses the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), which is responsible for the digital preservation of journals published through the OJS system.
