UBERIZAÇÃO: REFLEXOS DA PRECARIZAÇÃO DO TRABALHO NO SÉCULO XXI

This essay presents the concepts of uberization, precariousness of work and economy of sharing. At the same time, it aims to present an updated panorama about the working conditions and the labor conjuncture under the aegis of the new working forms. Because of this, he resorted to bibliographical research, trying to interrelate the concepts approached, trying to demonstrate their impacts and the social phenomena in which they are inserted. In this way, there was a rupture with peripheral fordism and the establishment of harder forms of toyotism, bringing as a complement the emergence of technology and the perspective of functional autonomy of the workers who are inserted in this dynamic.
